Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST / 10:00 AM PST will begin processing on the following business day. Orders are typically shipped next business day however it can take up to three business days to process your order based on factors such as order volume due to promotional / sale events. Orders are not processed, fulfilled, or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

We will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if any of the merchandise you have purchased is not currently in stock within two business days of the date in which you placed your order. Each order that we process is manually reviewed against previous order history if it exists, as well as inspected for general input errors such as typos or invalid addresses, for example. If any of the billing or shipping information that was submitted with an order appears to be incorrect (or potentially incorrect) we will contact the buyer both by email and at the billing phone number provided to verify the information that we have received.


All domestic packages are shipped via UPS. Shipping fees will be calculated at time of checkout based on weight and shipping location. If your order is delivered with shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted the delivery, please contact UPS immediately at https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/contact.page.

We also understand that some business and residential locations are unable to receive packages from UPS and therefore kindly ask that you contact us prior to placing an order if you need special arrangements to be made. We will gladly find a suitable courier to ship your order to you.

Lola & Sophie cannot ship to P.O. boxes under any circumstance. Orders placed with a shipping address containing a P.O. box will be delayed until we are able to contact you for an alternative shipping address.


Domestic orders which subtotal equals $150.00 USD or above in value will be eligible for free ground shipping by UPS. If buyer decides to change the shipping method to non-ground service, no discounts are eligible on shipping cost based on the order's free ground shipping eligibility. The order subtotal excludes any promotional discounts and/or coupon codes as well as any applicable state tax which applies to your order. Therefore, your order is still eligible for free ground shipping based on the above mentioned conditions prior to any promotional discount reducing your total below the required value of $150.00 USD.


We ship our packages either through UPS or FEDEX based on the order destination and/or special requests made by the customer. Our expidited shipping options which are offered through these services do NOT include Saturday or Sunday deliveries regardless of the shipping method selected. Therefore an overnight or a 2nd day shipment, for example, may take additional days to reach you if the delivery window spans across the weekend. We include this statement on our checkout page directly prior to presenting a customer with shipping options to minimize confusion and expectations to the best of our ability. Lola & Sophie will not be able to refund shipping charges if the package was successfully delivered in its technically correct timeframe.


International shipping is available from Lola & Sophie however the shipping carrier may vary based upon your destination country. International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping time, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. Taxes, duties, or brokerage fees will not be included in this cost and will be additional based on the receiving countries regulations. By completing an order, the customer agrees that they are responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage fees, customs fees, or similar charges (including VAT). Please contact us via any method on our Contact Us page prior to placing your order for one of our Client Services Team members to generate a shipping estimate for you. Please be aware that we are currently unable to offer and accept returns and exchanges from certain countries and terrorities. A member from our Client Services Team will gadly discuss restrictions prior to taking an international order.


After you have made a purchase you will receive an order confirmation e-mail that will include your order details followed by a second e-mail that will include shipping details including a UPS or FEDEX (for special circumstances) tracking number.
