Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST / 10:00 AM PST will begin processing on the following business day. Orders are typically shipped same day or next day (business days only) however it can take up to three business days to process your order based on factors such as order volume due to promotional / sale events. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. We will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if the merchandise you have purchased is not currently in stock within two business days of the date in which you placed your order.


All domestic packages are shipped via FEDEX. Shipping fees will be calculated at time of checkout based on weight and shipping location. If your order is delivered with shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted the delivery, please contact FEDEX immediately at http://www.fedex.com/us/.

Lola & Sophie cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders placed with a shipping address containing a P.O. box will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.


Domestic orders which subtotal equals $150.00 USD in value, or above, will be eligible for free ground shipping by FEDEX. If buyer decides to change the shipping method to non-ground service, no discounts are eligible on shipping cost based on the order's free ground shipping eligibility. The order subtotal includes any promotional discounts and/or coupon codes, as well as any applicable state tax which applies to your order.


International shipping is available from Lola & Sophie however the shipping carrier may vary based upon your destination country. International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping time, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. Taxes, duties, or brokerage fees will not be included in this cost and will be additional based on the receiving countries regulations. By completing an order, the customer agrees that they are responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage fees, customs fees, or similar charges (including VAT). Please contact us via any method on our Contact Us page prior to placing your order for one of our sales representatives to generate a shipping estimate for you.


After you have made a purchase you will receive an order confirmation e-mail that will include your order details followed by a second e-mail that will include shipping details including a UPS (for international orders) or FEDEX (for domestic orders) tracking number.
